Encorp Pacific (www.encorp.ca), is a not for profit, industry operated product stewardship corporation active in the province of British Columbia for almost 20 years.

The company operates through a network of 170 independent Return It™ depots collecting and recycling soft drink, juice, water, dairy and most categories of alcohol containers for the entire province. Encorp’s mandate also includes the collection of end of life electronic products (TV, computers, digital recording, a/v equipment).

Reporting to the President and CE0, an operations professional with strong coaching and mentoring talent is now required to direct and inspire a team of ten staff responsible for continuously advancing depot consumer appeal, improving quality of customer service, and increasing efficiency of daily operations and for implementing new collection methods and collection depot formats.

Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years senior management experience in retailing, including regional or district management, preferably in a dealer or franchised retail store chain.  Familiarity with multiple store format retail environments is mandatory and experience in reverse distribution/logistics and retail network location strategy is desirable.  An MBA, excellent communication skills, a passion for performance and a positive uplifting leadership style with small business owners would round out your qualifications. Regular business travel within the province is required.
