What can I do with used antifreeze?

Used antifreeze can be processed through a filtering system and reused. However, there is no BC law requiring take-back of antifreeze by retailers or suppliers. Some stores and radiator shops will take small quantities of antifreeze from the public as a customer service, though they are not required to. Call the RCBC Recycling Hotline to find out if there are any voluntary drop-off locations in your area.
