The Conference on Canadian Stewardship has brought together hundred delegates representing industry, government and stewardship programs from across North America and Europe. The two previous conference events were held in Toronto, Canada in October 2005 and in Vancouver, British Columbia in September 2007. This third bi-annual conference will be in Montreal, Quebec in October 2009.

Call2Recycle® and the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation of Canada (RBRCC) are pleased to advise that a series of public consultation sessions will be held during the first week of October 2009 to discuss our proposed product stewardship plan in British Columbia.
Our draft plan will be posted (www.call2recycle.org/britishcolumbia) for review on September 21, 2009, along with registration information in advance of our consultation sessions.
