B.C. Recycling Regulation Amendments

Dear Member:

Please be advised that the British Columbia Recycling Regulation was amended on December 10th, 2009 to;

1. extend the compliance deadlines for some electrical and electronic products

2. add antifreeze and lead-acid batteries as new product categories, and

3. complete minor administrative housekeeping amendments.
