In BC, obsolete and un-useable computers are part of a province-wide recycling program. This program includes computers, computer accessories and televisions.

There are also private companies accepting computer material for recycling and/or refurbishing. For detailed information on their practices, please contact these companies directly.
Computers in good working condition are also accepted for reuse by charitable organizations. Please contact the charities for detailed information on equipment requirements.
